Meet Susan

  • Age: 9
  • School Level: Grade 3
  • Favorite Hobby:
  • Aspires to Become:
  • Home Background Information: The child demonstrates a strong desire to learn and succeed despite the many challenges she faces. She lives with her parents and younger brother in a single small room located in a congested area, where privacy and comfort are almost nonexistent. The overcrowded environment makes it difficult for her to find a quiet and conducive space for study, and her access to learning resources is minimal. Her parents, who struggle to provide for the family through casual and irregular jobs, do their best to meet their children’s needs.
  • Personality Traits: Independent and curious
  • What getting a sponsor would mean: Getting a sponsor will ensure that the child is always in school and no longer faces the interruptions caused by a lack of school fees. It will help remove the idleness and discouragement that come with staying at home, allowing her to remain.
